ବିଜୁ କୃଷକ ବିକାଶ ଯୋଜନା - ଡିପ୍ ବୋରୱେଲ ସେଚ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସଂଯୋଗ / ସୌର ଶକ୍ତି ପମ୍ପ ଜରିଆରେ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ମାଲିକାନା ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦରଖାସ୍ତ ଆହ୍ବାନ କରାଯାଉଅଛି । ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଆୟକଟ ଭିତରେ ଜଣେ ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ୟୁନ ୧.୦ ଏକର ଜମି ଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବୋରୱେଲ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅନ୍ୟୁନ ୨୦୦ ମିଟର ଦୂରତା ରହିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସ୍ଥାପନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦରଖାସ୍ତ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ତଥ୍ୟ website: https://odishalift.com ରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ।
କ) ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଚାଳିତ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିୟମାବଳୀ (Grid Conventional):
• ଏହି ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଚାଳିତ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅନ୍ୟୁନ ୪ ଜଣ ହିତାଧ୍ୟାକାରୀ ଗୋଟିଏ cluster ମଧ୍ଯରେ ରହିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
• ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ cluster ନିମନ୍ତେ dedicated Sub-station |
ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଇ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସଂଯୋଗ କରାଯିବ।
ଖ) ସୌର ଚାଳିତ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିୟମାବଳୀ (Solar
Pumping system);
• ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଅଗମ୍ୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ । ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସରବରାହ 11/0.4 KV lineର ସୁବିଧା ନ ଅବ କିମ୍ବା ୩୦୦ ମିଟର ଠାରୁ ଦୂରତା ଅଧିକ ଥିବ।
• ସୌର ଚାଳିତ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ବାତ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ
•Cluster ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସରବରାହ 11/0.4 KV line | (Cyclone prone area) କୁ ବାଦ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ସଂଯୋଗର ଦୂରତା ଅତି ବେଶୀରେ ୩୦୦ ମିଟର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
* ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ନିମ୍ନରେ ପ୍ରଦତ୍ତ ୨୫ ଗୋଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରାଯିବ।
* ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ନିମ୍ନରେ ପ୍ରଦତ୍ତ ୨୦ ଗୋଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରାଯିବ।

ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସ୍ଥାପନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ତାଙ୍କର ଅଂଶଧନ (Beneficiary share) ବାବଦକୁ ଏକକାଳୀନ ଟ.୨୦,୦୦୦/-ଙ୍କା (ସାଧାରଣ ବର୍ଗ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ) ଓ ଟ.୧୦,୦୦୦/-ଙ୍କା (ବି.ପି.ଏଲ ତାଲିକାଭୁକ୍ତ SC/ST ଚାଷୀଙ୍କପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ) ନିଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ Union Bank of India ର ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ଶାଖାରେ ତା, ୦୪ .୧୨ .୨୦୨୩ ରିଖ ଠାରୁ ତା. ୧୬.୧୨.୨୦୨୩ ରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପଇଠ କରିପାରିବେ । ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ରିହାତି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାଥିବାରୁ ଚାଷୀମାନେ ଏହାର ସୁଯୋଗ ନେବାକୁ ଆହ୍ଵାନ କରାଯାଉଅଛି ।
ଯେଉଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା /ବ୍ଲକ ମାନଙ୍କରେ ଡିପ୍ ବୋରୱେଲ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସ୍ଥାପନ ଅନୁପଯୁକ୍ତ କିମ୍ବା ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ପର୍ଯାପ୍ତ ପରିମାଣରେ ଡିପ୍ ବୋରୱେଲ ଖନନକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଚାଲୁରହିଛି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପାଇଁ ସେହି ଜିଲ୍ଲା/ବ୍ଲକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରୁ ବାଦ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ।
